Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Swift Line ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our missed-call text-back service, including SMS/text messaging communications.

Information we collect

When you call one of our client businesses and the call is not answered, we collect the phone number you called from so we can send you a single automated text message. If you reply, we collect the content of that message and subsequent messages in order to relay the conversation to the business you contacted.

We may also collect standard information from our client businesses (name, business phone number, business address) to configure their account.

How end users consent to receive messages

End users consent to receive messages in the following way: an end user calls the business's published phone number. If the call is not answered, the business sends a single automated text message acknowledging the missed call and inviting the caller to continue the conversation by text. That initial message always includes the business's name, a STOP opt-out instruction, and a link to this privacy policy and our terms and conditions.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with the business. You will typically receive one automated message per missed call, plus any additional messages sent as part of your reply conversation with that business.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out and help

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us using the information below.

How we use information

  • To deliver the automated missed-call text and relay any reply conversation to the relevant business
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Swift Line service
  • To meet our obligations to wireless carriers and messaging regulations (including A2P 10DLC campaign requirements)
  • To provide customer support to our client businesses

No sharing of mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messaging service described in this policy and is shared only with the specific business you contacted, and with service providers (such as our messaging carrier) strictly to the extent needed to deliver that service.

Data retention

We retain message content and phone numbers for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or carrier compliance obligations, after which the information is deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP. Client businesses using Swift Line may also have their own privacy practices for information collected through other channels; this policy covers only the text messaging service described above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
