Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 10, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Swift Line missed-call text-back service ("Service"), including the SMS messaging program described below. By using the Service or by texting with a business that uses Swift Line, you agree to these terms.

The messaging program

When you call a business's published phone number and the call is not answered, the business sends you one automated text message acknowledging the missed call and inviting you to continue the conversation by text. That message includes the business's name, a STOP opt-out instruction, and a link to our Privacy Policy and these Terms. Any further messages are part of your direct reply conversation with that business.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Swift Line and its client businesses are not responsible for carrier charges.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from a business using Swift Line. Reply HELP for assistance. Supported carriers are not guaranteed to deliver every message; carrier delivery is outside our control.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by individuals who can lawfully enter into agreements and consent to receive text messages under applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent messages, or to attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the messaging platform.

No guarantee of delivery

While Swift Line is designed to send the initial text within seconds of a missed call, message delivery depends on third-party carrier networks, and we cannot guarantee delivery time or receipt.

Client business responsibility

Each business using Swift Line is responsible for the accuracy of its own business name, published phone number, and the content of any manual replies it sends through the Service.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Line is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
